Warranty
I am offering an extended warranty on all 3D Blu-ray's that I produce. If anyone is worried about MOD discs, rest assurred, we've got you covered. If you're having trouble with a disc or if one day it decides not to work, send a message and a replacement will be sent out.
You will not need to return anything or open anything with eBay (if beyond 30-day return). I should still be able to pull up the info on eBay to process a warranty but the serial/print # can speed things up so send me that info along with when it was purchased. I am just honoring the warranty to original purchasers at this time. Printed on each disc is a unique code number and print number. The serial number is 7 digits long and you'll need to keep that number private.
How long is the extended warranty?
1 year (officially). This should cover any defective discs if you don't get around to viewing the disc within the 30 days of your purchase. FYI -I have the same media burned discs that I made 5 or 6 years ago that still work just fine. Theoretically they should work fine for 100 plus years.
Warranty instuctions:
Best method (and quickest) would be thru eBay communications. Then I would need your 7 digit serial number and print number along with date purchased. That should speed things up to find your order. You will get the same serial number back with a new print number.
30 Day Return (eBay)
Well, you can't make everyone happy. If you're unhappy I would rather offer you a refund vs. leaving you with a bad experience and in that case a return IS required. Returns will be based on eBay's 30 day return policy and will need to be processed through the eBay return center. If it's for a bad disc a replacement can be sent out and you do not need to return anything.
Please understand this is not IMAX or BBC. The budgets are very small but I do the best I can with what I have to work with and I try to put as much information about the product here on the site or on the disc description as I can. These projects are passion projects and labors of love. Selfishly, I do them to please myself but I don't mind sharing either. I will probably never recoup the money (or time) I put into these. That's fine with me. My hope is that there are enough people out there that love 3D that will enjoy viewing these projects as much as I love creating them and viewing them. It takes a lot of work to get things done right. If you are not normally impressed with IMAX there's probably little I can do to impress you with my work.
International Orders are not accepted by eBay by default, only US orders. I can manually accept returns but the shipping cost is high and buyers must pay for return shipping.
